There isn’t the level of crime and violence as
were seen years ago at the Rally, as society and the bikers themselves have
aged and changed.
“Many years ago the calls were for fights and
stolen motorcycles,” Steele said. “Now it’s strokes, heart attacks and diabetes
issues.”
